Sunday...two days to go before Belgium..

Shouldn't this be the day for my marriage?  ha ha ha..10/10/10

I woke up fairly early today.  Coffee..cleaned up a bit then went out.  Everything was closed.

I decided to go to a CS picnic.  I decided to also randomly get off train stations and see other sides of Paris.  I enjoyed shopping at these random shops.  I also got to the picnic in time since my friend Kim said that I was always late.

I was so frustrated. I spent over an hour looking for the group. It was a combination of poor planning and also a huge park where everyone seems to go.  It wasn't travel friendly and above all...the organizer wasn't helpful trying to navigate a blonde asian girl that is horrible with directions.

I finally found it and met up with my friend Gildas...I met him in 2008 in Los Angeles...our conversation was quite funny....I seem to have a gift of making people open up.. We talked about his gf..relationships..and wow..I was impressed..he is an actual author. A random person saw him and shook his hand and thanks him for his book.

I left the park and then headed my way to Bastille for dinner with Antoine and Tom..I had my very first Beef Tartar.  ummm..it was disgusting..


Antoine walked me back to the station...then I headed to go salsa dancing (waste of money...18 euros for crappy dancers at this place called Le Wagg)....it was nice getting to know Antoine...we got to see the locks on the bridge behind Notre Dame..

I got home at 12:30....and only had one glass of wine..ha ha ha
