I was confused. I wanted to leave but I also wanted to stay. I remember my hug with Tori and Simone...I felt so close almost as if we've known each other for such a long time.
I left with Dimitri. Dimitri had a smile. He said he was full of energy. I was also smiling. On the tram, people are always on the go (by the way..we saw an inspector...sigh of relief). Backpackers, businessman, women with their kids on strollers. It was then 9 am. The ride on the tram was a bliss. I could see people were staring at me trying to figure out what an Asian girl is doing with a French man.
Perhaps one of the best compliments that was given to me during this trip was of Dimitri's. He said.."My roommates would love it if you had stayed and become our flatmates. You'd be a great addition to our family"

I am more sweet than crazy? I just still find it amazing that after two days, one can adapt to environment other than what they are used to. Dog hairs, ceramic mugs with broken holders, patio furniture, rain that at first is shocking..in the end it simply becomes someone or another person's way of life.
