Some of this year's highlights are Chicago, Asia, Fresno, and of course my sister's wedding..
I just came home from Sin City with friends and had a blast for all of $40...I've got great friends. Of course, Vegas won't be the same without dancing, good food, random encounters, and new friends. There were 15 of us...it was so much fun to be out in the cold and enjoying the countdown together with our champagne :) My NYE kiss was my friend Jackie...we were so happy..she's a cool gal!
So typical....like any other holiday, I looked at my phone at about 12:20 am and realized that I've got 26 text messages. Most of them were generic some are from people from the past..some numbers I don't even recognize..of course, lonely exes..friends, it's all the same.
Two texts still lingers...I didn't and have not been replying to them for over a month now. I may be harsh but sometimes I just don't see any point. One of them is from someone whom I've known since 2006...they just randomly text and although I've invited them a hundred times to many things for the sake of being nice and a good friend, I just realized there's no point of trying..they weren't making the same effort....time to move on.
There are also those that text just to get noticed. I'm popular..I have too many to make happy lol...don't text...make time.
I'm going to be 35 this year. Wow...I'm excited :) Could 2012 be the year?
