About a year ago, I ran across the Collins School of Hospitality Management while staying with my family in Pomona. Just recently, I looked into the program and I felt so excited.

Current Plan:
1. Pending my application - I will start school this September (wow so quick), it will take a good 2-3 years but hey..I'm patient :)
2. I will keep my place in newport but will stay with mom's (5 minutes away from school) when I do have to stay at school at an extended period of time
It's been a while since I've gone back to school. I love school..the people, the connections, the experience.
Likelihood of me getting in..I honestly have no idea. With not so compelling GPA and a barely passed GMAT scores...we'll see. I hope that with a newly developed professional website and a fairly decent resume, I should be ok..

Learning Lessons:
1. I asked a couple of ex colleagues from San Fran, Chicago and Boston to write letters of recommendations for me. Turnaround time was less than a week. I feel good...I feel like I made a difference
2. I also learned a lot about myself - I have done so much - not bad Elizabeth :)
So - I wonder who will take me out to celebrate - A $1 Taco Tuesday celebration must be done!!!
